Destroyment of your archives is no solution for you and throwing away neither. This with all the effects due this. Storage and management of archives has mostly an inferior importance in a company. If the archives are facilitated to a specialised company most of the times you are faced with high extra costs.

TopMovers has highly professionalised this part of her activities to the latest update. We do have now a sophisticated storage facililty for storage and management of the most different kind of archives.
The archives will be stored into 24 hrs/7days secured and climate controlled space. By using an automized system the archives/documents are easy and fast to be collected on request.
The tasks range from for example cleaning up of the documents, searching of the documents, ready to collect from our depot, delivery to the dedicated address till scanning of the required documents which will be forwarded by email to the customer. This sounds easy and efficiant? and indeed it really is as well!
The customer will fill out on the mutation forms with the printed nrs which archives are needed to be stored. By using this system he does have straigth a complete view. The archives will be registrated by filenr. and connected with a unique bar-code during the required storage period.
If a document is requested by the customer or if something can be destroyed, it's easy just to fill out on the mutationlist what is needed and it can be mailed to us. We will file the new information and the required documents will be computerised handed out.
It's extra ordinairy that we do use 20-ft steel containers for the storage of the archives of our customers. Due this way of archiving the documents will keep clean of dust, dry and clean and it will be much less vulnerable for fire, theft and vermin.
At this moment we do manage about 22 kilometers with archives for a large of different kind of customers.
In average in total 3000 mutations a year has been handled the last years. The storage costs for the archives will be calculated per meter, if the f.e. the total archives are about 10 meters and will be minimised to 5 meters total, the less meters will be credited to the customer.
